Keluhan akan terasa membaik dengan aktivitas tetapi dapat memburuk kembali setelah berhenti dari aktivitas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/mkd_accordion_tab][\/mkd_accordion][mkd_accordion style=&#8221;toggle&#8221;][mkd_accordion_tab icon_pack=&#8221;&#8221; title=&#8221;Apa penyebab Plantar Fasciitis?&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 14.1pt 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Plantar fasciitis disebabkan oleh peregangan yang berlebihan (<em>overstretch<\/em>) pada daerah plantar fascia sehingga menyebabkan plantar fascia menjadi lemah. \u00a0Regangan yang berulang dapat menyebabkan robekan kecil pada fascia sehingga dapat menyebabkan rasa sakit dan juga sampai pembengkakan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/mkd_accordion_tab][\/mkd_accordion][mkd_accordion style=&#8221;toggle&#8221;][mkd_accordion_tab icon_pack=&#8221;&#8221; title=&#8221;Apa saja faktor resiko Plantar Fasciitis?&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 14.1pt 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Terdapat beberapa faktor yang bisa meningkatkan risiko terjadinya plantar fasciitis, antara lain: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Usia : dimana paling sering terjadi di usia 40 sampai 60 tahun<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Jenis kelamin : perempuan lebih beresiko dibandingkan pada pria, terutama pada saat kehamilan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Kelebihan berat badan : menyebabkan penumpuan berat beban yang besar pada kaki, terutama daerah tumit sehingga perlekatan struktur fascia mengalami penekanan berlebihan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Bentuk lengkung kaki : <em>flat foot<\/em> ataupun <em>high arch<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Aktivitas berdiri, berjalan, berlari dalam jangka waktu yang lama<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Penggunaan sepatu yang tidak tepat : sepatu yang terlalu sempit, insole yang tipis, penggunaan sepatu <em>high heels<\/em> dalam jangka waktu yang lama<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/mkd_accordion_tab][\/mkd_accordion][mkd_accordion style=&#8221;toggle&#8221;][mkd_accordion_tab icon_pack=&#8221;&#8221; title=&#8221;Bagaimana Penanganan Plantar Fasciitis?&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 14.1pt 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Penanganan Plantar Fasciitis terdiri dari tindakan non-operatif dan operatif. Tindakan operatif dilakukan bila pengobatan non-operatif selama 1 tahun tidak memberikan hasil yang signifikan, atau masih didapatkan nyeri yang sangat mengganggu ketika berjalan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/mkd_accordion_tab][\/mkd_accordion][mkd_accordion style=&#8221;toggle&#8221;][mkd_accordion_tab icon_pack=&#8221;&#8221; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Kompres dengan es batu\/<em>ice pack<\/em> selama 15-20 menit , 3-4 kali dalam sehari atau dapat juga dengan menggunakan kaleng yang sudah dibekukan sambil digelindingkan dan ditekan dengan menggunakan telapak kaki<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Menggunakan penyangga kaki (<em>splint<\/em>) pada malam hari, untuk meregangkan otot betis dan telapak kaki pada saat tidur<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Penggunaan sepatu yang tepat dan insole yang dapat menyangga lengkung bawah kaki<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Montserrat; color: #2a2a2a;\">Penggunaan modalitas fisioterapi, seperti : <em>Ultrasound, Low level Laser, <\/em><em>Extracorporeal Shock Wave\u00a0Therapy\u00a0(ESWT)\u00a0<\/em>dapat membantu untuk mengurangi peradangan pada plantar fascia<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;
